I am a live in Landlady with one furnished sunny room available for a female. The room has lots of storage space - a wardrobe and ottoman double bed.

You would be a lodger in my 2nd floor 3 bed flat with near exclusive access to a bathroom opposite your room. There is no lift. No pets allowed in building.

It is a gated development with parking. You would probably need to be a car driver. The spacious kitchen is shared. There's a large well kept communal garden.

I am quiet and tidy and am looking for a quiet student. I am happy to rent the room to a professional Mon to Fri let only. Rent is slightly less for Mon to Fri let. Kitchen shared only. Living room is not shared.
