We let out rooms to guests who live permanently elsewhere but need to stay in this area during the weekdays for work.

There is a kettle and toaster in the room and you may use our kitchen for the fridge and microwave.

It is not an ensuite room. There is a shower room with basin and toilet next door to your room just for you.

There is no use of the rest of the house. It is not a house share.
