I have an en-suite double bedroom with shared kitchen/lounge in a two bed new built apartment in Smethwick area (Birmingham), 10-15 minute drive from Birmingham city centre. The property comes furnished with facilities like car parking area with a parking slot at the rear of the apartment block. The property is on the main road so you have access to public transport 24/7 plus all shops /restaurants (KFC , McDonalds, Dominos, all Asian shops) at the doorstep hence very handy. Also the New Sandwell Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Grove lane is just 5 min walk from the property. The rent is inclusive of all bills. Looking for someone neat & tidy who can look after the room and the communal areas .Also , I am happy to put two students with more single bed(will update picture soon) so that they can share £300 each.
