Hi there,

I am subletting my room from February 1st to June 1st as I am needed in Bath for work. There might be a possibility of one of the roommates leaving in June so should you wish to stay after you can take over their lease ☺️ The house is a 3 minute walk to Camden Town station (10 to Mornington Crescent). 5-10 minutes walk to Aldi, M&S, and Sainsbury’s.

The room itself is huge for Camden and great for asking price. There’s 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and a shared living room and kitchen. We even have a small backyard.

The house currently has 1 girl from England, 1 Canadian and then a male from New Zealand and another male from Greece. I myself am from Canada as well. We all like to hangout and watch movies some nights or head to the pub for a pint after work but also like to kick it in our rooms and enjoy our own space. We’re all very respectful.

Everyone is super nice and outgoing and we’re looking for someone who will be cool and be the same.

The rent is about £1000 monthly with bills. And we hire a cleaner that is about £13 each to cleanse the house monthly.
