Hi there,

I am working away over the summer and so I’ll be subletting my flat for 2 months. It’s a great location, super affordable, and 3 great housemates. The room itself has a small double bed, a wardrobe, a coffee table which works well as a bedside table, and extra shelves for storage.

The rest of the flat is shared with the 3 other housemates. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower, a large shared living space and kitchen, and an entrance hall which used for shoe and bike storage. All bills are included apart from energy, which is done each month and is usually about £20.

The room is available from 5th of July until the 5th of September.

Please send me a message if you are interested, and thanks very much for looking!
