Female tenant required for a lovely double room available in a beautiful modern 3 bedroom flat in Zone 1, very close to Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross St. Pancreas.

The room (and flat in general) gets lots of light and has ample storage including a new small double ottoman bed and 4 door spacious wardrobe. There’s also a private W/C for sole-use however the main bathroom is shared. The flat is clean, quiet, and perfectly located near both Kings Cross underground and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station.

Rent is £1200 per month + around 150 £ bills. 2 month's rent is required as a deposit.

Someone who doesn’t work 100% remotely is preferable although the flat is quiet during the daytime throughout the majority of the week. You'll be sharing with a friendly mother and son who have a busy schedule and spend lots of time out of the home due to extra curricular activities after school/ work so you’ll often have the flat to yourself until the evening. Another upside of that is after 8pm the flat is very calm and peaceful but as there is a child in the house, a female with a DBS is preferred.
