Hi everyone,

I have a large, furnished double room available to rent in my house. It has a wardrobe, chest of draws, desk, TV and king size bed. It's at the back of the house and has a view over the garden. You will have sole use of the main bathroom.

The house has a living room with TV and music system, kitchen with breakfast table and a large sunny garden.

It's a 25 minute walk to Solihull centre or there are good bus links which can also take you to the NEC/airport and train stations into Birmingham. The house is on a quiet estate with parking on the drive and the M42 J5 only 5 minutes away.

All bills are included. I'm happy to take couples but there will be an additional cost for the extra person. Message me for details. Smoking is fine but in the garden only.
