A double room available in Wimbeldon Chase. The flat comes with a parking space and the courtyard is secured with gates (also has a bike store).

The flat has a modern bathroom, cosy living room with a sofa, tv, and dining table, and a kitchen fitted with a washer/dryer and an induction hob.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and does not have a lift so, unfortunately, isn’t suitable for those with mobility issues.

There is access to a roof terrace on the opposite building which is great in summer! ☀️🌸

This is a two-bedroom flat. You’d be replacing my current flatmate, Toby, who is moving away for a new job.

A little about me:
I’m 29 and work as an ecologist full time. My typical week involves working from home, 2-3 days in the office, and site visits 🌿🦉 I love playing volleyball (I play about 3 times a week!), going to the gym, finding cute coffee shops, and having cosy evenings in (I don’t drink much or go out clubbing).
