I’m looking for a flatmate since my friend had to move overseas.
The room is clean and has all the furniture (the apartment came unfurnished). The furniture can be moved as per convenience.
There is a beautiful lounge and kitchen with a wrap around balcony to the flat.
Parking - Off street open parking is available on first come first serve basis.
Wimbledon station is in walkable distance 15 mins (7mins by bus) and Raynes park station can be reached in 5 mins.

As for me, I’m a tech engineer and work from home most of the week and pretty chill as a flatmate.
