We are advertising a spacious double room in a large, welcoming and well-situated house.
We are in a great location:
15 min walk/5 min bus from Wimbledon station
2 min walk to Wimbledon Chase
15 min walk/5 min bus to Raynes Park
You’ll be living with 3 great housemates who are super welcoming, clean and friendly! We have Chloe who loves to cook and travel, Tom who loves sport (unfortunately a Spurs fan) and Hannah who also loves sport and board games.
The house is a great size. We have a large spare bedroom alongside a bathroom, kitchen, living room, conservatory and garden. We enjoy hanging out together in the living room on an evening, but also respect eachothers space, communal areas and are very considerate of noise in the evenings.
The room is £810 per month (great price) and bills usually amount to around £100 on top.
Open to move in dates. Can move as soon as referencing is confirmed with estate agent.
