The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chair. The room also has its own fridge, microwave and kettle giving it the feel of a self-contained apartment. Use of the washing machine and oven when required in the family's kitchen.

It's less than a five minute walk to the bus stop with buses to Wimbledon in under 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk to mainline station (Raynes Park) with trains to Waterloo in under 20 minutes.

Previous lodgers have been quiet, clean and independent and have enjoyed their stay.
