We are a quiet and clean couple looking to rent our fourth bedroom (Queen size). The bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. The room is spacious and airy and has access to a private courtyard.

Full laundry room is on the main floor. kitchen is located on the first floor. An office space is also available in the room.

We are looking for quiet professionals non smoker. Cleanliness is a must. A cleaning service is provided every second week

Our house is in a quiet area with excellent transport links by tube, bus, bike, foot or taxi to Westminster, Vauxhall, Victoria, West End and Canary Wharf.

There are many restaurants, pubs, coffee bars, supermarkets as well as lovely Kennington Park all within a five minute walk from the property.
