We have three double rooms available in the house with a spacious living room and balcony. Moreover, there is two bathrooms and a forth room which can be used as a guest room as it smaller than the other ones.

The house is only a 8 min walk from Bermondsey tube station with great links to central as we are in zone 2! There are also many shops to do groceries such as Lidl, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Savers or Iceland

Bills are £85 a month (per room) including WiFi and council tax (for the whole house would be £250 approx).

It is ideal for three friends, and young working professionals.

Please only enquire if you and other two friends are looking to rent as the landlord prefers three who already know each other :)
