1 fully furnished, double room on Law Street, 5-10 mins walk from London Bridge station and Borough station.
This is a 3 bedroom flat; one of the bedrooms is taken by a female professional and the other by a female student.
I am the current tenant and will be moving out at the end of the month so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy until September. The option to renew the contract with the landlord in September is available.
LOCATION
Location is perfect if you work in the City/London Bridge/Southwark/Waterloo etc, thus saving substantially on travel costs.
BEDROOM
The room includes a desk, two wardrobes, a double bed, and a large tilt & turn window providing natural light and a view of the Shard. There is storage space underneath the bed.
AMENITIES
Flat has a boiler, a washing machine, a shower unit and a kitchen. The kitchen has gas hobs, an oven, and microwave. There is no dish washer but the current tenants are all very tidy.
THE BUILDING
The flat is on the second floor which is accessible by stairs only.
BILLS
Most of the bills are included so I only have to pay approximately £40 a month on top of the rent.
COUNCIL TAX BAND: B
This is a friendly, clean and respectful home for a young professional or student to enjoy and live.
