I'm moving out of the room this month and need someone to take over the tenancy from me ASAP. The tenancy has two months left in it but can be renewed going forward. I'm moving only because of personal circumstances - this flat has been much loved for the last three years and anyone would be lucky to live in the flat.

The room is the largest of three rooms in the flat and comes with it's own bathroom so no need to share. The flat is well furnished with modern appliances (washer/dryer/underfloor heating/dishwasher/oven etc.). A cleaner comes to clean the entire flat every two weeks. Bills not included.

The building is quite new and is one of the high rises 3 minutes walk from the E&C station with great connections to bakerloo/northern line. 24/7 concierge, bike parking, communal rooms available with the building.

The flatmates are two female professionals in their 20s and are quiet and respectful of your privacy. Couples not welcome.
