My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to replace them.

Included is 1 bedroom, 1 studio, 1 private bathroom with shower and sink.

The flat has a living room/kitchen with an oven, washing machine, a couch, utensils, shared toilet and lots of natural light.

The rent is £1300/month excluding bills which come around to roughly £130/month

The bedroom has lots of natural light thanks to a big window.
The studio is a small room adjacent to the bedroom in which the previous tenant installed a desk, chair, musical instruments and made a studio/office space. Before that, it was used as a spare small bedroom. (Ask for pictures for reference)
Please note that we cannot rent out this spare room to a third tenant.

You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, sink and radiator rack.

The area is lovely, very safe for men and women. Quiet but also very well connected to any area. In zone 1 so easy for central transportation.

I’m very tidy and relaxed. I’m not a neat freak but obviously keep the place clean. I’m friendly and sociable but also respect boundaries.
