First of all, the room is student only and the lease term must be from February to the end of August.
The room is on 5th floor, facing south, so if sunny, you can enjoy the precious sunlight from the window. All the roommates are friendly and the reception can solve almost all your request. However, the outside wall is under construction, it’s nearly completed so I promise there is no noise, however the scaffolding won’t be taken down until March. There is a gym just downstairs, if you are interested, I can even provide my membership card. That’s what I can think about, you are welcomed asking anything if interested.
