My flatmate and I met during our masters at LSE and have been working for the last 2 years in financial services. We moved into this flat a bit over a year ago and as the current flatmate I am leaving the UK mid/end of April. We’d love to have someone come in to replace me :)

About your flatmate:
• Hugo (26): French/English, studied at Sciences Po/UCL/LSE. Currently working in the financial services.

Our Home:
• Living Room: Cozy and bright, perfect for movie nights, game sessions, or just relaxing.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped, where we often cook and enjoy meals together.

The Room:
• Cozy one-bedroom with ample natural light

The room is £1,192 per month (excluding bills that add another £150) and the deposit of £1385. I have a wooden rack in the room and a piano which I am happy to sell or remove.

The flat is owned by architects that live abroad and have been very supportive with any kind of amendments or changes. We have a good relationship with the neighbors for taking each other’s packages.

We enjoy a balanced lifestyle with quiet evenings as well as occasional small gatherings or parties. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel at home and make new friends, this is the perfect spot for you!
