The annex already has: a fidge/freezer; microwave; a hot plate; a washing machine. Preferably the tenant can bring their own: bed. Single bed is available .All bills are paid by the land lord *(like council tax ,water bills and gas bills )except the electricity bill.

The annex is located in my garden so you can access it privately.
