Hi, I’m Annie and i’m looking for a new flatmate to take this bright double room in this two bedroom flat in Tulse Hill as my flatmate has moved in with their partner. I’m 27 and work in Finance for a theatre.

The room is bright and airy, and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and some additional storage.

The flat itself has a living room with a smart TV, dining table, well equipped kitchen and is a really nice space.

There is ample space to store a bike if that’s your thing, and the flat comes with a parking space (I don’t drive so that would be available to you!)

It’s a 5 minute walk to Tulse Hill station which has Southern and Thameslink trains, and about a 15 minute bus to Brixton.

Nearby are Brockwell and Dulwich park which are perfect for running, cycling when the weather’s nice.

Bills are approx. £150 per month.
