Hi, I’m Alex - a PhD student at Kings looking for a flatmate to move in for early July.

The flat is really well situated, 15 minute walk from London bridge station with direct busses to Elephant + castle, Waterloo, and Liverpool street station. 3 minutes walk away from bermondsey street with lots of nice restaurants.

Hoping to find someone who likes to keep the flat tidy and enjoys the occasional dinner party.

Council tax is not included in bills, and would be 150/mo. Unless you are a student, in which case you’re exempt.
