I am looking to share my newly redecorated flat with someone just 3 minutes' walk to Queen's Road Peckham station (Zone 2; 10 minutes to London Bridge by train and 20 minutes to Shoreditch by Overground Windrush Line).

The room is ensuite (shower, bath, toilet and cabinet) and comes with brand new bed, mattress, carpets, bedside table, lamp, small table and chair, and built in cupboard.

I've always rented in London so have purposely made it a quiet, clean and calm space. The flat is in a quiet residential development, stays nice and cool and gets light from two sides.

Rent is £1050 pcm. Bills (electricity/gas, water, and council tax band C) are likely to come to ~£130 per month per person. Broadband and TV licence are included.

I'm ideally looking for a working professional who goes into the office a few days a week, and keeps regular hours.

I realise it's a tricky dynamic sometimes with a live in landlord but I've always been a very tidy and respectful housemate, so will keep that going in this place too!

I've been living in London for 11 years with some breaks in between to travel and work abroad. In Peckham for the past 3 years and love the area. My favourite things to do are exploring the city, visiting galleries and watching cricket in the summer as well as cooking and going to the gym when home. I work in the office 2-3 days a week in Shoreditch in social impact and sustainability. I don’t smoke.

I’m looking for a non-smoker who likes to keep a clean house, works in the office at least part of the time.
