I am happy to introduce this peaceful, room, which has a small double bed, a relatively quiet room, overlooking trees and directly opposite Anerley station.

The West End, East End, and Kings Cross can all be reached within 50 min - 1hr. Cafes, restaurants and bars to be found in Crystal Palace and Anerley 8-20 min walk away. Crystal Palace has lots of hidden gems to be discovered and the area is quite green with 4 parks within a 20min walk. Crystal Palace park is a 7min walk away and there is a sense of community in the area.

Bills inclusive of water, electricity, gas full fibre broadband and council tax. If electricity and gas rise ove £100/m the extra will be split 50/50.

I'm a creative who works from home in my studio/bedroom. The room would suit someone who wants a peaceful place to stay.
