Unquestionably the thing about the property is the housemates. Kieran, James, Keith and Elis are friendly young professionals with a wide range of interests, who love being social at the weekends.

Our weekly cleaner Ricardo also does a fabulous job. We split the cost between us and pay it as part of the monthly bills. Other bills – council tax, wifi, electricity, gas, water – are also paid monthly and included in the bills.
