I’m looking for a female Imperial student to take over my tenancy in South Kensington. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Imperial College, 3 minutes from Gloucester Road station and 10 minutes from South Kensington station.

The room is a single non-ensuite with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chair. You’d share the flat with two other female Imperial students. There’s a kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and bills are included (excluding WiFi).

Rent is discounted at £300 per week until 27 December 2026, then £340 per week until 27 June 2027. The room is available to take over immediately, subject to approval by the accommodation provider.
