Room in a flat for 1 or 2 persons. There's one double bed and one single bed possible. The room has its own bathroom and toilet, which is not shared with the other flatmates. The living room and kitchen are shared. The flat is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and saucepans. The flat has a large private balcony. The building is brand new and is next to a large park and playground. Very quiet residence. The bus and metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Flat not very far from central London by transport. We are looking for two people or one to replace us as we have finished our studies here in London and are returning to France.
Room rate is £1400 per month if you are alone and £700 per month if you are two.
