We are closer to Clapham Common park than Battersea Park. Our broadband is compliments of Richard Branson at Virgin Media and it is lightening fast. We have an excellent washer/ dryer and close to the social scene of Clapham and Lambeth. We are a very chill and sociable trio who respect your space. Please be very tidy and clean with common areas and don't let this place be ground zero for infestations. I haven't needed to assassinate a mouse in 4 years and want to keep that going. Plenty of storage in the room and a common storage area downstairs. I manage the property for the landlord who lives in a far away land. We have two bathrooms and showers. Energy costs are included but it does cost an additional £20 per month in winter months. Everything else is covered in the rent.

We say some bill included but in addition to the rent of £770 an additional £20 will be paid to landlord to top up fuel costs as costs have gone up considerably in this country.
