We are looking for someone to replace our flatmate, who is moving out in November.

🛏️ The room is a spacious double room with plenty of natural light and a garden view. The room will come furnished, with a double bed.

🏡 The house is located in a prime area halfway between Battersea Park and Clapham Common – it is very quiet despite the central location and being just off of Wandsworth Road.
We are about a 10 minute walk away from Clapham Common tube station and a 20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride away from Clapham Junction.

There are also three buses heading into central London just round the corner from the front door.

We have a large shared living room with comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV which is perfect for movie nights and dinner parties!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, leading into a spare room/study connecting to the garden.
The upstairs bathroom is shared and has both a bath and a shower. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.

Please note that we have a cat living with us as well - so please take that into consideration if you have a cat allergy!

👥 The Flatmates:
We are a friendly bunch who like to treat the house as a home rather than just somewhere to live. Our household is generally quiet but for the occasional bursts of laughter. We often work from home and enjoy dinner parties, boardgames, and occasional outings together.

Bills (water, electricity, council tax and wifi) add up to an additional £140 per month.
