Unfortunately, I will sadly shortly be leaving my Stockwell flat as I am moving out of London and need to find a replacement tenant to join my 3 flatmates.

The flat is in a fantastic location being under 5 minutes from Stockwell tube station (Victoria line and the Northern line!) and having a Co Op, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, pubs and bars nearby as well as being close to Clapham. For commuting to central London is it ideal as I can currently get to my job at Piccadilly Circus in 25 mins, door to door! The room on offer also is very bright and has a massive German window which opens fully for lots of air in the summer! Being an ex-council block, the flat is also very well insulated and so is very cosy in Winter.

You will be living with 3 guys in their mid to late 20s, all with professional jobs and all very friendly, respectful and tidy. The flat also has 2 shower rooms and so you will only be sharing with 1 other person which means no queues or waiting!
