Double room:
£1,100pcm

I have a double room available in the SE15 area for £1100 pcm with a good outside terrace. Both the room and terrace are SW facing so get a lot of sun. I work from home a few days a week myself. I like socialising but also keep to myself a good amount of the time. Avid bbq enthusiast so paired with the terrace I plan to make good use of this during the summer. (The terrace has since been heavily upgraded with better lighting, decking and furniture compared to the photo below). The Kitchen/Living area has also been updated and redocarated too. Council tax band C.
