We have a double room to let in our house for a professional staying 2-4 days a week or Mon-Fri.

I live with my 13 year old daughter and very friendly Yorkiepoo dog Minnie. The house is a 3 bedroom on a lovely little Victorian terrace with a front and back garden, living room, kitchen and dining room. We have a shared bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs.

We are just 5mins from Rye Lane and 15mins to Peckham Rye or Queens Road stations and there’s buses to Elephant & Castle, Victoria and London Bridge.

We already have one lovely lodger who is here 2-4 nights a week and it works well.

The rent includes breakfast and dinner as it’s easier for me to cook meals and happy to take onboard any dietary requirements if this works.
