Hi all :) I am subletting my room in a lovely house share until the end of the tenancy, as I've moved for work. There is a possibility of living there more long term if you like, as a new tenancy agreement will be drawn up in September, but no obligation to sign on.

The room is massive, gets loads of sunlight and has it's own sink and shower, as well as an extractor fan so no worries about it getting steamy. It's also fully furnished.

The house is also v spacious, big kitchen which has been recently refurbished and a communal living space where people like to hang out. There's also a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom so there's never a queue.

The people in the house are all very chill, clean tidy and friendly.
