Hi everyone! We are a relaxed friendly couple in our 60’s looking for a lodger in our spare room.

It’s bright single room available in a lovely family home just opposite Tooting Common Park. The house is 10–15 minutes’ walk to Balham tube (Northern Line) and railway station (15 mins to Victoria). It’s also a 10 minutes walk to Streatham Hill station.

The area offers plenty of great restaurants and cafés — there’s even a cute café right in front of the house, and the common is just 10 metres away.

The room has double windows with wisteria growing below and overlooks the garden. It comes with access to the nearest bathroom with a bathtub - There’s also a shared shower room upstairs available if desired.

There is a single bed with a large desk (can be removed) and built in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

The kitchen is shared, and all bills are included. Please note that this is a Monday-to-Friday let, ideal for a student or professional looking for a peaceful home environment. The Monday to Friday set up is negotiable if you need shorter/longer stay (price will reflect that).

Linen and towels included. Access to washing machine and dryer.

This is not a party house, we are looking for a calm and respectful individual!
