The room is in my house . I have a dog so need to like dogs ( small mini schnauzer) The room is not huge and looks out onto the front onto the quiet road .It has a large wardrobe and the bathroom is across the landing . When I have guests or family to stay you would have to share the bathroom . ( this doesn’t happen that often )
The living area is all open plan down stairs , a breakfast bar , dining area and a large sitting / garden room with a downstairs toilet and laundry room just off the sitting room . The sitting room leads into the garden .
The street is a quiet street tree lined road with access to Raynes Park station , Wimbledon Chase station , South Wimbledon tube a short bus drive or walk of 28 mins away. Wimbledon Station is a bus ride away or walking 25 mins away .
Small supermarkets of Tesco’s, Co Op, and a small M&S at BP garage across main road are 3-5 mins away . Also in Raynes Park a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s and another Co-Op .
I walk the dog on Wimbledon Common everyday . I am retired but have an active life , I have had many lodgers over the years mainly staying from 1 -7 yrs .
Parking is possible on the road through Merton council but obviously costs .
