We are looking for a new tenant in our friendly house share. The available room is in a lovely Victorian terraced house with lots of original features. We are located very close to Clapham North tube and just a short 10 minute walk to Brixton as well.

The room is spacious and furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house has good storage space, a well equipped kitchen (inc. dishwasher), two bathrooms, and a large front room. We even have a little patio garden area, which is great in the summer! Bills come to around £100 a month and the deposit is £800.

The house is in a great location, with all the bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafés that both Clapham and Brixton are famous for. There are also several supermarkets in close proximity.

We are a reasonably tidy, friendly, professional household. If you're interested we'd love to hear from you!
