Hi Folks,

I'm Riko, the live-in landlord. I live in a room on the top floor with an ensuite bathroom and Josh and Meegan are below me.

We are all pretty chill and don't have too much of an impact on the place. Jasper is very friendly.

All bills included so it's £1000 a month all in unless you're a couple in which case I will want to add a bit to that but how much is negotiable.

There is a bathroom right next to the available bedroom and it's kind of secluded from the rest of the flat.
