Hi! We are Cas and Yas and we are looking for a 3rd (+4th?) to come live with us in a gorgeous Brixton flat.

About the flat:

This is an upstairs flat with varnished hardwood floors and plenty of natural light in every room. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel furniture, with exposed brick walls and an east-facing juliette balcony that gets the morning light. It also comes with some really cute features, including a a cast iron stove. It also has a living room with a working fireplace! There's one bathroom with a shower, which is currently being refurbished. The flat also comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

You would have the largest room, with (another!) working fireplace as well as large south-facing windows.

We're close to Brockwell park, as well as Herne Hill which is full of independent cafés, bookshops, etc. You'd be a 20-25 min walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line, night tube, end of the line so you always get a seat) as well as Clapham North station (Northern line). It's just off the main road on a lovely, peaceful residential street.

About us -

We're best friends, both 24 years old, and from near Blackpool. Cas works as a researcher at Kew Gardens, and Yasmine is a facilitator at the young V&A. We really love cooking, chilling in the park, reading, socialising - we really want to make this flat our home after a lot of moving around. We're clean, considerate and easygoing. The flat is currently unfurnished, but there's a possibility of sourcing some affordable furniture through our landlord - TBD. Please message us and we'll chat :)
