Hey! We’ve got a double room available in our friendly flat, and we’re looking for the right person to join our home – not just rent a room.

The flat has three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan living room/kitchen area. We’re 5 mins from both Tooting Bec station and Tooting Common and 8 mins walk to Balham.

The room is unfurnished but the current flatmate is interested in selling her furniture.

You’ll be living with two women, aged 30 and 32. We’re clean and tidy and love a good balance of staying active, socialising and having fun, while also being respectful of each other’s space. We’re after someone similar who wants to be part of a home.

Bills aren’t included, and they average at about £100-£115 a month depending on the time of year.

You must be in full-time employment earning a minimum of £28,000 a year to pass the eligibility requirements.
