We have a double room available in our 3 bed flat in peckham. We are both art Students at UAL and we are only open to students as we are going into our third year and will be moving out at the end of next year. Movie in date would be august 18th and your first months rent would be due on the same day. Peckham rye is less than a 5 minute walk away with great transport links to the rest of london. There’s a wonderful coffee shop just outside and we’re close to morrisons lidls and tescos. As well as a plethora of fruit and veg stalls.
