The flat is located on Garratt Lane and is in a great spot — only about a 5-minute walk from St Georges University and the station, and a 1-minute walk from both Tooting Leisure Centre and The Gym.

It has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area and two bathrooms, including one en-suite, giving the flat a really spacious and practical feel.

Personally, I am a medical student in my final year and I would describe myself as easy going and friendly 🙏

I’m ideally looking for someone who is similarly clean, considerate, and easygoing, aka a student or young professional but everyone is open to apply!
