ABOUT ME - THE OWNER/LANDLORD
I’m Louie I own the flat, I’m male, British, 44 years old. I'm an adventurous, freelance software developer, and underground comedian.
My girlfriend (quirky Irish actress) will be staying in July. In Jun & Aug she is working away. Sometimes I will be away and you will have the whole flat to yourself.
I mostly work at home on my laptop in my bedroom, but I also work in cafes and co-working spaces.
When you move in I’ll be there to give you keys, show you around, and can answer questions about the local area.
When I see you in the kitchen I'll normally have a quick chat.
I like comedy, surfing, indie rock music (absolute radio), sci-fi and documentary films.
Priority given to people I have things in common with.
"I've had a really good time in the flat, and you're truly a great flatmate!" - Amer, charity worker from Syria
“It was a pleasure for me to share the apartment with you, you know how to respect the space of the other person, kind, friendly, correct, quiet and always willing to help.” - Márcio, waiter from Brazil
"Louie is a great flatmate, always willing to help you, easy going and respectful; the flat is perfect for chilling at home" - Victor, Student from Mexico
