Offering my spacious ensuite room in the apartment that I share with my sister. I will be away for a while and I'm looking to sublet my room. The duration is flexible and there's also the option to take over my part on the lease until 2nd August 2025.

The bedroom is spacious, featuring a King-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and ample storage with two large closets. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. For added comfort, there are Bluetooth strip lights on the ceiling. The room is fully equipped with a bedside table, storage shelves, and blackout curtains.

The apartment itself is bathed in natural light, especially on the 4th floor (weather permitting, of course). Unlike many London flats, you’ll enjoy a clear view of the sky without nearby buildings blocking the light.

The living room is cozy and includes a TV with AppleTV+. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

The flat is superbly located, just a 10-minute walk from both Borough (Northern Line) and London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee, National Rail) stations. Despite being centrally located, the area is surprisingly quiet and residential. There's a Sainsbury's across the street (open 7am - 11pm) and great gyms, pubs, and markets nearby, including Borough Market and Maltby Street Market.

You'll be sharing the apartment with my 27-year-old sister, who works in tech. She primarily works from home, preferring to stay in her room during work hours. She enjoys a quieter lifestyle during the week but loves exploring London, trying new activities, and meeting new people.

We’re looking for female sharers only, please.

Rent is £1,515 a month, and utilities are an additional £250 per month (covering Wi-Fi, Council Tax, Electricity, and Water bills). I'm happy to provide further details upon request.
