I have a room available from July 1st until August 31st. My room is on the ground floor and walks out to a beautiful garden. The house has two bathrooms and one toilet, as well as a double kitchen and a huge garden. There is a lot of basement space so if you need extra storage it is very available.
You would be living in a seven bedroom house, but one person will be away most of the time. That said, it is very large and everyone is super friendly! We do keep a cleaning rota as it is hard to keep on top of so many people, so this means you would need to clean a bathroom or kitchen once a week- takes very little time and everyone is on top of it!
We have close neighbors so there cannot be very much noise either but other than that it is a pretty relaxed household.
All of us are students, some at goldsmiths, Greenwich university or LCC. Most of us are artists or in some kind of artistic field!

The house is a five minute bus ride from goldsmiths and New Cross or a twenty minute walk and a very short walk to lewisham station.

Bills are normally about 30 a month, but will probably be even less over the summer- water and wifi is very cheap and comes to a little over ten pounds a month for both. We do not pay council tax as we are an entirely student household.
