I am sadly leaving this amazing house/flat share in central Clapham junction. This place is literally minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants in Clapham junction.

The house is extremely spacious spread over two floors with a huge open plan living / dining room, large kitchen and lovely garden great for summer weather and bbq’s. Each room also has their own En Suite bath/shower room.

The housemates are TK (33) and Tristan (34). Work in fintech/public transport, respectively, and are very social, clean, and respectful. They both love a pint down one of the local pubs on Northcote Road after work, watching sport, a cheeky pub quiz, house meals and going out exploring new restaurants and going out on weekends.

We are looking for someone likeminded, who is social, but who wants to look after our place and treat it like a home.
