Hiii, I’m leaving London and therefore need someone to take my spot on the lease! Living with two great lads as housemates it’s sad to be leaving!

£887.5 per month (bills not included) + the £1k deposit

I live with 2 male housemates 23y & 24y, everyone gets along very well, they both have partners too so not always in the house. Added a photo of each 💪

We’ve got a private garden, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 of the housemates. (Who is clean haha)

3 minute walk from Streatham Hill station, 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec common. Bus stop about 10 seconds away. Which’ll take you straight to Clapham in about 10 minutes. So the location is good.

I’m sad to be leaving these guys, but I know the next housemate will have a good time living with them cause we’re a close house!

I’m available to move out immediately, just need to meet the housemates and go from there 👍
