Looking for a chill flatmate to help pay the bills and hang out.

The room has it's own bathroom in the hallway and is fitted with a bed and closet with spare closet space in the living room.

I've lived in the flat for a few years and it's fully furnished with a big TV for lounging after work. The kitchen is fully kitted out and I'm happy to share the space.

I'm WFH 2 days a week and am partial to staying in, although I've never refused a cheeky pint or ten.
