It is a 4bedroom top floor flat (1st floor) in a Victorian building with one bedroom available.

It is a spacious freshly refurbished single occupancy bedroom well furnished with a wardrobe, desk/chest of drawers, bedside tables, bookcase & Wifi broadband. The flat comprises with two shower rooms, kitchen w/appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, oven & microwave. There is also a little leafy garden, great during summer, partially transformed into a laundry area, which improvement is in the process of being resumed once weather gets better.

You will be sharing the flat with four adult females, down to earth professionals, one graduated in public admin, other graduated in politics, one Librarian lady and one in the dentistry industry.

The ideal flatmate/lodger would be a professional or highly motivated student, no smoker preferably (at least not indoors), considering about others. We all work so most of the time the flat is quiet, but we would enjoy a glass of wine or beer from time to time and spend some quality time during the summer in the little garden with special friends for a BBQ (even a mix veg one). It will be appreciated if you understand the need of sharing responsibility to keep the flat clean in the communal areas.
