Looking for another tenant to take my place in a 2 bedroom flat by the end of March/start of April in SE4 (zone 2), brockley (6 minutes walk to brockley overground station/windrush line and great connection to central london by metro and bus).

The other tenant is Carla, a master student (goldsmiths university of london) from Italy. She has a really cute and calm cat.

Brockley is a chill neighborhood, with coffee shops, a park nearby (hilly fields) and Co-op and Sainsbury close by.

The flat is in a building that you can barely hear the neighbors, and with not much traffic in the street, so you can sleep without loud noises.

If you study in goldsmiths university, you can walk for 25 minutes, or take a bus for 10 minutes.

15 min to London bridge.
