We have a lovely double room becoming available in our well-kept, recently refurbished home. It’s a calm and comfortable space, and we’re looking for someone tidy and considerate to join the house.

At the back, there’s a private garden with a picnic bench — great for a bit of fresh air when the weather’s good.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat - 2 train station’s Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham both stations are just a short 5–6 minute walk, and you’ve got plenty of local shops, cafés and bars nearby.
