We’re a friendly married couple in our mid-thirties looking for a lodger to rent the spare room in our modern apartment. Rent price is £1650 per month, plus £250 per month for all bills

The flat is on the 4th floor of a contemporary development and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living area, and a roof terrace. The available room is a large double that has been newly decorated, and the main bathroom will be for the private use of the lodger.

The building has excellent facilities including a 24-hour concierge, private gym, residents’ lounge, and landscaped roof garden, all free to use. There’s also a large Sainsbury’s conveniently located downstairs.
